We woke up real early today even before the sun rises, making our way to HDB hub. The thought of having to wake up before the dawn breaks, get ready and taking the public transport having to “squeeze” with the morning crowd seems so scary. In the end, we took a cab to HDB hub and guess what? We are 10 minutes late for the HDB appointed scheduled at 8.15am. In order to avoid the CTE jam, the uncle took a longer route, in the end we are still late. Urggg...
What delighted me this whole morning is we had chosen our desired unit and paid that $2000, this is the first step to our own home sweet home. We discussed a lot on how we are going to design our flat, although this has been an on-going discussion. It’s always exhilarating to start building your love nest. Sometimes, I think it is not the ultimate result that is important but the on going process of deciding what is “best” for both of us or even for our own children. It’s a process that I have slowly seeing the “true colors” of my hubby. Haha. He is cool, man, he has a lot of creative ideas that I got pretty impressed of him at times. J
Back to the topic “fifteen or fourteen?!”, at the point of decision making at the counter, we are still deciding if fifteen floor is better or fourteen. In the end, fifteen was taken as…it will be easier for us to buy 4D as our last 3 digits of our unit consist of “5” too. Get what I mean, it’s #15-*5*. Haha. A major consideration I would say.
